Paula joined the us in February 2025 as Sales & Aftercare Manager, bringing with her over 20 years’ experience in the construction and property sector.
Starting her career in customer care, facilities management and PA roles, Paula went on to spend over 12 years in property management, overseeing 30+ residential sites nationwide and managing portfolios of 1,000+ units. This background has given her a strong understanding of both the sales process and long-term aftercare.
At McCrory, Paula oversees sales progression and aftercare across a number of developments, acting as a key point of contact for residents and buyers. She works closely with internal teams, contractors, solicitors and agents to ensure a smooth journey from purchase through to post-completion support.
Paula currently supports schemes across Altrincham, Holywell, Wrinehill and Southport, bringing a people-focused and organised approach to every project.
