Paul joined McCrory Brickwork in 2024 and brings with him nearly 30 years’ experience across the brickwork and masonry industry.
Starting out on the tools as a bricklayer for 16 years before moving into site management, Paul has spent the last 13 years leading brickwork and blockwork packages on a wide range of projects. His experience spans education, healthcare, residential, student accommodation, leisure and commercial schemes, often working on fast-paced sites with demanding programmes.
Since joining McCrory, Paul has taken on a Site Manager role delivering major packages, including large-scale industrial developments and complex masonry works. He is heavily involved in day-to-day site management, overseeing quality, health and safety, programme delivery and the coordination of site teams.
With strong technical knowledge across all aspects of masonry and a hands-on approach shaped by years on site, Paul is a valuable addition to the McCrory Brickwork team and continues to support the successful delivery of projects nationwide.
