Lee joined McCrory Brickwork in 2017 and brought with him over 30 years of experience across brickwork, construction and site management.
Starting his career in construction at just 16, Lee progressed from groundwork and advanced craft bricklaying into senior site and project management roles. His career has spanned a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, student accommodation, commercial developments and secure environments such as prisons and military sites.
Since joining McCrory, Lee has successfully delivered a number of high-profile brickwork packages, including Greenbank Student Accommodation, King’s School Macclesfield, Rodney Street in Ancoats, and the Co-op Live Arena, Europe’s largest indoor arena. His experience combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, site-led approach to delivery.
With NVQ Level 6 qualifications in Construction Management and a hands-on background on the tools, Lee continues to play a key role in delivering quality brickwork packages safely, on programme and to a high standard for McCrory’s clients.
