Kat joined McCrory Brickwork in 2014 as an Accounts Administrator and has since carved out an impressive and inspiring career path within the business.
In 2021, Kat made the bold decision to return to education, balancing full-time work alongside studying for a Quantity Surveying degree at the University of Salford. Her hard work and determination paid off in 2024 when she graduated with First-Class Honours, returning to the business as a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor.
Now part of the commercial team, Kat is already making her mark, recently taking the lead on her first solo project, a landmark heritage scheme delivering new archive facilities in Crewe and Chester. It’s a huge milestone in her career and a great reflection of her confidence, capability and commitment.
Kat’s journey is a brilliant example of the opportunities available at McCrory. Her progression, work ethic and positive attitude make her a valued member of the team and someone we’re incredibly proud to have on board.
