Dumitru joined McCrory in 2020 and has built an impressive career within the business, progressing from site based roles into a Site Manager position.
After completing a Master’s degree in Railway Engineering in Romania, Dumitru moved to the UK to pursue a career in construction. He began working as a labourer before steadily progressing through site roles, achieving his NVQ Level 4 in Site Supervision along the way.
Since joining McCrory, Dumitru has worked across a number of high-profile and technically demanding projects. His experience includes working as a Brickwork Technician on the Potato Wharf residential development, contributing to the stone restoration works at Manchester Town Hall and delivering a complex blockwork package at Manchester Airport Pier 2 as his first project in a Site Manager role. He is currently managing blockwork and architectural metalwork packages at Manchester Airport Terminal 2.
