Aryan joined McCrory through the PlanBEE apprenticeship scheme, becoming the business’s first PlanBEE graduate to progress into a full-time role.
During his time on the scheme, Aryan gained hands-on experience across site management while working with the brickwork team on the Co-op Live Arena project in 2023. Through exposure to different disciplines, he discovered a strong interest in the commercial side of construction and made the decision to pursue a career in Quantity Surveying.
Aryan has since joined McCrory as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor and has now begun his university training at the University of Salford, continuing to build his knowledge alongside practical project experience.
Aryan’s journey reflects the value of apprenticeships in helping people find the right path within the industry, and he is an exciting young addition to the McCrory team as he continues his development.
