Andrew joined McCrory Brickwork as an apprentice in 2004 and has grown with the business ever since, building nearly two decades of experience on site.
After developing into a highly skilled bricklayer across a wide range of sectors, Andrew stepped into site management in 2024, bringing his hands-on knowledge into a leadership role. He recently oversaw the Manchester Port Street development for Renaker, managing day-to-day site operations on a major city-centre scheme.
Andrew’s progression from apprentice to Site Manager is a great example of long-term development within McCrory, and he continues to build his experience as part of the management team.
