Vita T1 and Vita T2 are two adjacent residential developments forming part of Manchester’s wider Enterprise City scheme.
McCrory Brickwork was appointed by Renaker to deliver masonry works across both projects, marking our first collaboration with the contractor and the start of a strong working relationship.
On Vita T1, we delivered the internal blockwork and windpost package, supporting the early construction phases. Following the successful completion of this work, we returned to site on Vita T2, where we delivered a full brickwork package including facing brickwork, masonry support, pistol bricks, brick soffit systems, cavity fire barriers, EPDM, and external scaffolding.
Delivering works across both schemes demonstrated our ability to provide consistent, high-quality masonry solutions on complex city-centre developments.
