The Manchester City FC North Stand Redevelopment is a major £300m expansion of the Etihad Stadium, designed to enhance the match day experience and support the continued regeneration of East Manchester.
Working alongside John Sisk & Son, McCrory Brickwork delivered the masonry works as part of the North Stand scheme. The project will increase stadium capacity to over 60,000, introduce a 3,000-capacity covered fan zone, and create a new museum experience for supporters.
Delivered within a live stadium environment, the works required close coordination with the wider project team. The scheme also formed part of a wider development including The Medlock, a 400-bed Radisson hotel delivered alongside the stadium expansion.
