Manchester Airport Terminal 2 forms part of the airport’s long-term £1bn modernisation programme, transforming Terminal 2 into the airport’s primary terminal and delivering major improvements to security, baggage handling and airside connectivity.
McCrory Brickwork has been proud to be involved in two key projects at this iconic Manchester location. Between 2018 and 2019, working with Laing O’Rourke, we delivered internal blockwork and facing brickwork across Pier 1, Pier 2, the Terminal 2 building, the Multi-Storey Car Park and the Baggage Hall.
More recently, between 2024 and 2025, we returned to site to deliver the blockwork package for Pier 2 Phase 2, working alongside Mace on a tightly programmed 13-week programme.
Our continued involvement reflects our experience working within complex live airport environments and long-standing relationships with leading main contractors.
