Farnworth Green was a major mixed-use regeneration project in the heart of Farnworth, delivering a new residential and community-focused development centred around a revitalised public square.
Working alongside Vermont for Capital & Centric, McCrory Brickwork delivered the brickwork and blockwork package across a 27-week programme, completed over two separate site visits. The development included 85 one and two bed apartments, 12 family homes, commercial units for bars, cafés and shops, a community hub, and landscaped public spaces.
Our scope of works included facing brickwork, internal blockwork, windposts, masonry support systems, insulation, and cavity fire barriers, contributing to a high-quality finish across the scheme.
In recognition of the standard of workmanship delivered, McCrory Brickwork was nominated for Specialist Brickwork Contractor of the Year at the 2025 Brick Awards, highlighting the quality and impact of our work on this project.
