Bankside at Colliers Yard is a landmark residential development in Manchester city centre, delivered by Renaker as part of the wider Colliers Yard regeneration.
McCrory Brickwork was appointed to deliver the full masonry package, working on site from 2023 through to 2024. Our scope included substructure brickwork, detailed facing brickwork, internal blockwork, masonry support systems, secondary steelwork, and cavity fire barriers.
The quality, scale and consistency of the masonry delivered at Bankside played a key role in McCrory Brickwork being nominated for Specialist Brickwork Contractor of the Year at the 2025 Brick Awards, recognising both the success of this project and the strength of the business as a whole.
