Joe joined the team in January 2024 as Head of Finance, leading the function across both divisions.
With over 15 years’ experience in finance roles within regulated industries, Joe brings a strong background in financial control, reporting, and process improvement. He plays a key role in shaping financial strategy and driving performance across the business.
Joe graduated in Economics from Durham University and began his career at The Co-operative Bank, where he spent a decade building his expertise before moving into the aviation sector as a Financial Controller.
Known for his structured approach and commercial mindset, Joe is a valued member of the senior leadership team, supporting the continued growth and success of McCrory across both the construction and brickwork divisions.
