KP Snacks Factory Extension, Ashby-de-la-Zouch is a major manufacturing expansion delivered by McCrory Construction as Principal Contractor.
The project comprises a 4,000 sq m two-storey extension to the existing KP Snacks facility, providing new high-quality manufacturing space to support continued growth. Internally, the building features food-safe Kingspan walling systemsand hygienic resin flooring, while externally it incorporates composite roofing and cladding to seamlessly integrate with the live site.
McCrory are delivering the works from groundworks through to completion, including the structural steel frame, in-situ concrete floors, roofing and cladding, and a full internal fit-out covering manufacturing areas, welfare facilities and plant spaces. External works included drainage, acoustic fencing, cycle facilities and secure access systems.
