Europa Business Park is a large-scale industrial redevelopment delivered by McCrory Construction as Principal Contractor on behalf of The Shamot Investment Group.
The scheme delivered 75,000 sq ft of new warehouse space and supporting infrastructure to improve the efficiency of international medical supply distribution. McCrory was engaged from RIBA Stage 2, providing design coordination, value engineering and planning support through to completion.
Works included demolition and site clearance, ground improvement, piling, concrete foundations, portal steel frame construction, fire-rated cladding and roofing, full electrical fit-out, staff facilities and PV installation. External works comprised drainage and attenuation systems, concrete yards, HGV delivery areas, a new permeable car park and soft landscaping.
Delivered within a live operational site, the project required detailed logistics planning and phased coordination to maintain uninterrupted daily HGV movements, demonstrating McCrory Construction’s ability to deliver complex industrial schemes without disrupting operations.
