Redhills Road, Stoke-on-Trent

McCrory Developments are working in conjunction with The City of Stoke-on-Trent Council and neighbouring private land-owners to establish and execute a master plan for the 117 acre site in northern Stoke. The development is progressing well, with surveys and reports complete and an outline planning application submitted. The site forms part of Stoke-on-Trent & Newcastle-under-Lyme’s joint local plan and therefore all involved are optimistic that we could play a central role in delivering hundreds of homes and associated infrastructure for this area over the next 5 years.
